Process

Agroturismo Son Viscos, a boutique retreat in Mallorca, sought to modernize its operations and increase direct sales. We partnered with their team to implement key systems, starting with the migration to a new Property Management System (PMS). This upgrade streamlined daily operations, from managing reservations to optimizing room availability, allowing staff to focus more on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

To complement the PMS migration, we integrated a user-friendly reservation engine designed to simplify the booking process and encourage direct reservations. Alongside this, we developed a tailored direct sales strategy to reduce reliance on third-party platforms. Our work also extended to designing a new website, blending a visually engaging interface with seamless functionality to better reflect the unique charm of Son Viscos and drive conversions.

Over 12 months, these efforts resulted in a 28.9% increase in room revenue and a 50% growth in direct sales, significantly boosting profitability while enhancing operational efficiency. By aligning technology with strategic planning, Son Viscos is now positioned as a premier destination with a strong digital presence and improved guest engagement.
