Project Description
Our holistic approach to design, content, and marketing strategy significantly improved Brummell’s brand positioning and key performance indicators. The hotel now ranks among the top 10 independent hotels in Barcelona. We achieved a 5% commission on direct bookings and an impressive 19x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across paid campaigns. Occupancy rates soared above 90%, with over 60% of bookings made directly.
These efforts also led to an increased Average Daily Rate (ADR), enhancing both customer value and business development.This comprehensive strategy not only established Brummell as a unique, premium lifestyle brand but also drove substantial improvements in revenue and operational efficiency.
